Commercial Litigation
A commercial dispute can do more than create a legal problem, it can disrupt cash flow, delay projects, strain business relationships and distract leadership from growth. The priority is to understand what is at stake, which rights need immediate protection and what outcome is realistically achievable. Whether through litigation, arbitration, mediation or settlement, the objective is to protect commercial interests and pursue an enforceable resolution. Our lawyers have led matters against Senior Advocates of Nigeria, including Femi Falana SAN, and have worked alongside Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN, Dapo Akinosun SAN and Tunde Irukera on reported cases. Our Managing Partner is a Chartered Arbitrator, and our recovery work has included institutional portfolios for the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria.
