Corporate & Commercial Transactions

A significant business transaction is about more than signing a contract, it involves decisions about value, control, risk and future obligations. Incomplete due diligence, unclear liabilities, missing approvals or poorly defined exit rights can undermine an otherwise promising deal. Understanding these issues early helps businesses negotiate informed terms, protect the value at stake and ensure the transaction's legal structure supports the intended commercial outcome.
