- Conducted pre-acquisition due diligence for diaspora investors, including land registry and survey searches, charting against government acquisition areas and site inspections before funds were released
- Advised two Scottish companies with Nigerian owners on a share acquisition valued at approximately US$8 million
- Advised a Nigerian private company on the incorporation and structuring of its United Kingdom subsidiary
- Advised a venture-backed technology company supported by Techstars Toronto on structuring and cross-border expansion relating to the United States and Canada
- Represented a United Kingdom-based investor in mediation arising from a real estate investment dispute in Nigeria
- Recovered a penthouse in Ikota, Lagos, valued at approximately US$80,000, for a diaspora client
