Growth Business

As a business grows, informal arrangements that once worked can become obstacles to investment, expansion and larger commercial opportunities. Questions around intellectual property ownership, founder agreements, corporate governance, contracts and regulatory compliance become increasingly important. The challenge is to establish sound legal foundations without creating unnecessary complexity, enabling businesses to manage risk, prepare for investor scrutiny and pursue growth with confidence.
